Often times we never even notice what it is about a neighborhood that attracts us. Sometimes it's not just the home itself but more subtle things like your cool neighbors on the block, the views, or the yoga studio down the street. And often time we only recognize these things AFTER we move in. My favorite neighborhood, where I was the happiest and most successful in my home, was near a lake.
